Meet the Director
With over 15 years of experience in childcare administration and program development, Donna Bohnet proudly serves as the Director of Little Friends while also supporting multiple centers in her role as a Regional Support Specialist. In this capacity, she helps ensure high-quality programming, strong team leadership, and full regulatory compliance across each school.
Donna holds degrees in both Elementary and Special Education from Georgian Court University and is passionate about creating nurturing, structured environments where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with families, supporting and developing staff, and fostering a true sense of community within the school.
Outside of her professional role, Donna is a proud wife and mother of three boys. This personal experience shapes her commitment to providing a warm, caring, and enriching environment for every child and family she serves.

Creative Curriculum
Toddlers, Preschool and 3's
Our curriculum for toddlers, preschool and our 3-year-old class supports the development of the whole child with high-quality, comprehensive resources for intentionally teaching and caring for our youngest learners during these most critical and formative years of development.
Pre-K & Kindergarten
Our curriculum for our Pre-Kindergarten is comprehensive, research-based curriculum that features inquiry, exploration, and discovery as the foundation of all learning.
Our Kindergarten follows NJ state regulations and is accredited.
Procare Parent Engagement
Procare tracks in class activities and development milestones that can then be communicated with parents, while connecting those activities to state standards. Procare supports a wide variety of learning methodologies and provides the ability to access and report on developmental milestones.
Easy Access
At a press of a finger, Procare is easily accessible to all parents. Parents can play videos, share photos, or communicate with a staff member directly from their preferred email account.
Daily reports
Daily reports securely share up to the minute information that gives families a glimpse of their child(ren)'s classroom routines and activity.
Photos & Videos
With parent permission, live photos and videos can be uploaded on the app for parents to see how their children are doing while they are away at work.
